The long awaited women's Promise timepiece has officially landed. With longer than expected manufacturing delays due to power shortages in China. Unprecedented supply chain issues, shipping and customs delays, this has been our most eventful project to date.
As an entrepreneur, the one thing you automatically do when you face a problem is pivot, adjust and continue on. I don't waste time stressing out about things I have no control over, I just do my best to fix them. I would like to apologize to my pre-order customers for changing the delivery date on you several times. We were almost able to get all of the orders sent out prior to Christmas but not everyone's watch got shipped, and for that I'm sorry. I hope you all feel the wait was worth it The Promise timepieces came out fantastic looking and so far the feedback has been very positive.
